Nope. Cummins hoods are bigger for the shear awesomeness of the Cummins 
Yea, what QuadCabLuv said. It'll fit. Most body parts from throughout the 2nd Gen range 94-01 will work on other models. Some of the doors/quad cab doors don't mix though, don't remember the years on that...
And some slight differences on Sport Models, usually just the plastic bumper and fancy grille.
