My truck would do the same thing when it hit overdrive and ran around 1300 rpms. Little to say i changed the spark plugs and it hasn't happened yet.

Same for mine. When I had the shakes I checked the #8 plug, and it was fouled, put in a new plug and life was better. Later confirmed that the plenum gasket was in fact blown.

Mine would shake when I tried to hold a speed any where from 30 to 50 mph. I checked the spark plug wires, 2 where wrong.
