There's nothing wrong with the transmission! The engine was overworking and the roaring sound was from the fan clutch not slipping as it should at higher RPMS@! Thanks. Sorry my German accent it if made hard to follow. OE fan clutch going on in the morning. Nine on rebuild.

 

Replaced the fan clutch and now she drives like an almost brand new truck should. Old fan clutch was nearly seized up, which caused over cooling of transmission fluid (less than -5) an OD to drop out.
