Default Door hinge bushing question

So last week I noticed my driver door started squeaking loudly whenever I open and close it. I looked by the upper hinge and noticed the little roller that rolls on the piece of steel that has the notches so the door stops at certain spots rolls around loosly.

What is that roller called and can I get a new bushing for behind it?

Just go to the pick-and-pull, and get a whole 'nother hinge. Don't think you can get the parts individually.

i was kinda figuring that. it looks like it has to be drilled out to be removed anyways. I think i'm just going to make a bushing for it out of a rubber valve stem base.

It's dry as a desert in there. Get out the oil can and slop a bunch of oil on every moving part of the hinge, working the door back and forth a number of times. It's worn but I've seen a lot worse.

When I open and close the door and watch it roll, it moves all over the place. The bushing is completely gone. It's metal on metal also I sprayed it with lubricant a few days ago

Just replace the entire hinge. The one bolt you see sticking out that is just threads, comes thru from inside the truck. Pain in the keester......

And the rubber from a valve stem will surely last through two door openings....

White Lithium grease works great for this and door latches.
