Default Whistle noise

When I'm driving at highway speeds I get an on and off high pitch whistle noise. It almost sounds like a turbo spooling but unfortunately my truck is n/a. The noise gets louder and quieter as I push or let off the gas. It just started happening last week and it doesn't happen all the time.

Any ideas?

So you have an intact air hat gasket? If so, any vacuum leaks?

Check and make sure the filter housing is seated correctly, they can be kinda fun to get on there right.

No. It's only does it for 3 or 4 seconds at a time when I'm going 60 then it stops. When I'm going 70-75 it is louder and does it longer (10-15 seconds) but is still on and off
