Engine code for what? The NV trannys don't care.

Are you swapping it into omehting else, or just wanting to change out tranny?

350 and LS1 are GM.
A 5.9 liter in a Dodge is a 360 ci.

Here, check this out - http://dodgeram.org/tech/specs/VIN_decode.htm

Eighth digit of VIN is engine code. Don't see LS1 (lol). I am actually looking for an LS4 for another project!
