Just go to advance auto in town, and grab the SA Gear double roller timing set. (.25 roller please) Less than 50 bucks. That was one of THE BEST 'improvements' I made on my truck. There was a noticeable difference in how it ran. (much better....)

Why not just cruise in to town and pick one up? Advance could probably even order the comp cams piece if they don't have one in stock?

This thread is a great example of why people should stick to one thread when working on a job rather than starting a new thread for every component.

This is your original thread where you were being guided on buying a timing chain: https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...r-cracked.html

Ah. Ok.

For some strange reason, EBay doesn't seem to think these trucks came with a 5.9... all I can get is the 5.2. Maybe it's just me.... I do believe they are the same though.
