Quick question....When you posted this:
"ok i have done that i got it out and put the new one in and it seemed to work then did it again, i myself have put bosch platinum plugs, wires, cap, rotor button, tps, new coil, new fuel pump assembly and a new fuel tank filler, and i have tried to change the timing with a digital and standard timing light with effect "
How did you attempt to set timing?
And these trucks sometimes do not like platinum plugs I am told.

loosen the bolt for the distributor and with it running i would turn it very slighty while my dad watching the mark to see if it moved and the thing never moved, so i attempted to put it back in the right spot, also i am having to prime the motor to get it to start you know key on key off key on and try it but sometimes itll just sit there and chug like a tractor on low power

sounds like the timing is messed up. If you put a new distributor cap on it etc.. did you have the number one plug wire on the cap at the 6-7 oclock position. ? I think it's 18436572 CW rotation , if it's slightly off it runs rough. It was that way when I got it and I redid the wires. look at how to time it (earlier in this thread).
