so I finally got around to installing the govener pressure solenoid and pressure sensor and no change, the truck still will only shift normally when its cold, as soon as it wars up (5 min) it doesn't wanna up shift. I don't think the tranny is pooched because it does shift nice in the mornings, but than after a few minuts it starts to act up. Could it be the Bands?

Default what are the symptoms of loose bands

please tell me not wanting to shift into 2nd and 3rd gear is the symptoms, I just changed the pressure sensor solenoid and the other sensor, still not fixed. I did notice my bands were a bit loose but decided not to adjust them. Should I go back and redo this?

No need to start a new thread. I'm merging this into your other one.

Is there any warranty left on the trans from the rebuild? If there is, take it back to the shop that rebuilt it, and have them check it out.

If it isn't..... getting any codes?

You could take it to a tranny shop and ask for a free diagnostic. Go from there...

Change fluid, filter, and adjust the bands. If it doesn't change, likely time for a rebuild.
