I guess the question is how much was on the magnet?

I have an issue at 2k RPM's, and recently upgraded to the BW Governor Solenoid, and that's what was on my magnet, could be from over tightened bands..

I think it's normal to point to find stuff like that on the magnet...

Much more than was yours but no large shavings. It was all microscopic. So I don't know.

I wouldn't think that alone would be causing the issues.

But the screens on the governor solenoid could be clogged, or the passage way on the governor assembly thingy could be clogged.

You could pull it, 4 bolts and 2 torx screws and 2 clips, and check it out, clean the screen and/or upgrade to a BW Solenoid.

Assembly thingy:

Some gray sludge on magnet is normal. Shavings that will not stick to magnet can be brass (used for heat resistance) on bands and linings and float around suspended in fluid sometimes until filter traps it.

So I'm trying to figure out how to adjust the tv cable. I saw some good right ups but I can't figure it out. Mine isn't a white clip. It's black and I can't seem to figure out how to pry it off.

Gods honest truth it's black. I see where it is but it's not white. I was wondering too do I have to replace the governer pressure sensor too with the solenoid?
