Alright gods honest truth it's not white. It's like a black clip. Not in front but behind that metal brace. Oh and do I need to do the governer pressure sensor with the solenoid

And I never did. Maybe the previous owner? I don't know but where the white clip is its a black box

ok on the tv cable it goes through a metal brace coming off the throttle body, with a bracket on the front side that is black, ang then on most models there is a white clip behind that bracket that holds the cable in place. Instead there is a black plastic piece that is black, and in a box shape, about the same size as what the white clip would be.

Ahh....use that then. Never saw one that was not white, but may be aftermarket or later manufacture. Can you release the clip and adjust?

My '95's (46RH) is all black. Behind the metal bracket, on the pass. side is a button to push, it doesn't protrude but sits flush with the rest of it. Had to use a screwdriver to push it in to adjust the cable.

+1, 97 back is different. Haynes manual shows how to adjust the older style.
