Lightbulb when i hit a bump truck shuts off ????

so i need some help when im driving down the road and i hit a pot hole or a speed bump anything really my truck shuts off. So i stop put it in park and it fires right back up every time. I'm gessing it going to be some sort of electrical issue possibly a loose ground somewhere but i have no clue where to start. I've shook, and tugged on the wireing harness and every wire i can get ahold of but it doesnt shut off only when im driving. Does anyone have any suggestions for me??

Try the wiring for the cam/crank sensors.

I know this was an old post but did you get it fixed? I'm having the same issue, checked wires, fuses, replaced TIPM, throttle body... still shuts off on a bump. I do have a OEM remote start that was added, found one exposed wire, but didn't fix. Before i get new keys and ignition, just wanted to see if you found a solution?

If you look at the profile of the original poster, you'll see the last activity was 2013... don't think he's coming back.

Did you get a new ignition? And did it solve the problem. My 06 does the same thing everytime I hit a pothole. Not that big of a deal for me but im trying to fix the truck up for my daughter and she's a new driver.

When it happens do all the gauges die also? Also remote starts use relays that can go bad and cause this issue.
