Question Loud , Loud

Hi, i just bought my 2000 dodge ram 1500 sport about two months ago and have been fixing ever since problem i am having now is it is so loud i mean i like a little roar but not 24/7 the kid i bought it from cut off the the exhaust from the cat back i replaced most of the exhaust minus the cat too much money for me but i am getting a clicking when i acclerate anyone know what im talking about and maybe some advice???

Sound like marbles in a can? Coming from the engine? If so, check out the plenum sticky at the top of the 2nd gen section.

If not, need more info, like from where the sound is coming from, etc.

I was under it and added some pieces to put on new walker tailpipe and didnt see any exhaust on a cold wisconsin day it sounds like its coming from engine compartment??? any more advice i guess you could say marbles in a can or maybe one marble in a can

+1 on the radio^ haha mine is pretty stupid loud at the moment too, but thats not high on my list of things to fix. It does get pretty annoying sometimes, since I take longer trips often, to go fishin and huntin. Being stationed near DC sucks sometimes. But I dont mind the noise so much. It sure does **** these city people off though!!!

i dont lose power or anything just dont sound right idk i do know dodges are just all around loud though
