Im using the Falken Mountain Ats tires. Ive had them for about year 1/2 now. (I upgraded to 4.10 as soon as I got the tires) IMHO I like the tires. After a 1/2 year now they still have like 71% tread.I would actually have to go see the warranty and paper work to give you an actual estimate of wear.Tires have pretty good traction offroad and in the rain.Never tested them in the snow, because as you know we rarely get snow here. These tires seem to last pretty long. Just keep an eye on tire pressure, and make sure you keep up on tire rotations. I dont have any knowledge on the nitto terra grapplers however.

My wife had the Falkens on her TJ and loved them. She wants to get them for the truck she has now. Never took them offroad though.
I had the Nittos on my Dodge and hated them. I got stuck in 4" (yes, FOUR INCHES) of mud with them. They packed with mud and became slicks. Had to get towed out. For strictly street use they were good though.
I currently have Firestone Destination a/t's. So far, theyre not the best, but have done better than the Nittos.
Oh, and the Nittos only lasted 25-30,000 miles.
