If you are talking to me...
I loosened up the shackle and rear bolts, busted the front loose with the impact gun, then used a 10mm wrench on that handy-dandy end of the bolt, along with a 21mm open-end. Then I just pushed the bolt towards the tank. I left it where it dropped (nicely just right at the hole), nobody breathed on the truck. That was the first bolt that I put back into the spring, so that I would not have to fight getting it back in against other bolts already in place. Just nudged it back through with a mini pry bar. Then reversed the above steps.
