Default Running like crap after 3 hour trip

Ran fine the whole trip only stopped once. Got off the freeway with only a couple miles to go, came to a stop light and she died. Started back up fine but had a really rough idle. Got to my final dest. and she died again pullin in. Started up just fine again. Got some advice from a friend took the throttle body off cleaned it really well along with the the sensors. Put it back together fired her up and still running like crap. Once I'm on the gas it runs fine but at idle its rough sounds really lopey. Sounds like there a major sucking noise at idle also. Please help I need to make the trip again tomorrow.

Did you disconnect battery before removing TB? Sounds like vacuum leak.

Did you replace the gasket between the TB and the intake? Those are supposed to be replaced anytime you remove the TB.

Did you hear the sucking noise before pulling the throttle body?

Start poking around for air leaks.

No vacc lines look outta place. The sucking noise is coming from the intake I can clearly here it coming from the box. I checked the plugs # 1 was slightly black the rest had a bit of white but mostly a light brown. I unplugged on cylinder at a time didn't notice any change in how at was running.

There should be a noticeable change when you unplug a cylinder.....
