No oversized pistons available for calipers. Basically, the hone is just to clean them up a bit. May not even be required. (depending on what they look like....)

Your speedometer doing anything odd?
You can pull the ABS fuse(s) but the light will still be on.

Just before he did that I had the rear differential oil changed. There were some filings in it? I think it was normal wear and tear. It wasn't low on oil either.

I don't think I'm going to resolve this.

Speedo working and cleaning that sensor, does not mean it isn't bad.

And a "caliper" with a piston that badly rusted, simply needs replace.

None of the calibers have shown signs as rust as far as I know.
It's the action of the release mechanism's that are not as responsive as they should be that has me concerned.

I have no idea what caliper rings are.

I think part of the problem may be the master cylinder. Did you bench bleed it before installing? Than could cause the ABS problem.

The pulsing (I think I read that in the first post) could have been the result of warped rotors.

Default No Codes "authors reply"

I just got done attaching a scanner! and NOTHING in the computer. ugh

Yet I have the BRAKE and ABS lights now on almost permanently.

The scanner is a ACTRON OBD II
The scanner reports a PASS

comments?

This is what I got when I used a technique of turning the key to on 3 times.

Next up is to replace the cables/sensors to the front wheels.

I don't think that scanner is capable of reading abs codes.

+1. Take it to a shop that has a better scanner. See if they find something different. Costs a bit, but, better than throwing more parts at it, and not fixing it.
