Default 99 Dodge Ram aftermarket distributor??

Wondering if anyone knows of anywhere to get an aftermarket distributor for my 99 Ram with a 5.2. I've checked with most of the major ignition manufactures but with no such luck.

Just curious, Why do you need new distributor? If you remove the distro you will have to have the fuel sync set at the dealer.

Distributor shafts bent and a friend of mine as the scan tool to reset the specs on it. Last time I did a tune up on the truck the distributor cap had a nice gouge on the back half and the rotor was destroyed

Pretty much.... I am not even sure you can even get parts for them from a parts store... Advance has reman dists for about 110.00...... from cardone..... not sure how trustworthy they would be, but, gotta be kinda hard to screw up a distributor.

How did the shaft get bent in the first place?

Is Wilsons Auto elec still in Winnipeg? Give them a call see what they have to offer for a replacement dizzy.

I wonder if something like this could be used, get rid of the ckps on the back of the motor. HeyYou what's your thoughts on using a dizzy like this? You think the pcm would take to it?

Only if you could get the cam position sensor to mount properly. Otherwise, the PCM would get REALLY confused.....
