I have a 2000 Dodge Ram 4x4..and for some time now when I turn on the headlights the left hand turn signal(green arrow)lights up,it flashes normally for use,I took the turn signal lamp apart and replaced the bulb and it just doesnt light up,even with a new bulb..any thoughts??

UPDATE:When the light switch is off the light comes on and when the switch is on the light turns off.

 

Your post is very hard to read. No offense intended, but grammar and punctuation are your friend.

The 2nd gens are notorious for having the multi-function switch (turn signal switch) be flaky after lots of use/miles. Replacing it may be necessary.
