Was a comp test done on this motor before new heads were put on it? If not it time to do one now, piston rings are probably toast.

Thank you for using a period! I have read several of your threads, but gave up reading your posts half way through due to lack of punctuation. They give me a headache trying to understand them, they are very hard to read without periods or commas. I get half way through, get that headache, and give up on helping you because deciphering your posts is too much work. I am willing to bet you'd get more help here if you just made an attempt at the punctuation alone, as many people I am sure are like me and give up.

I am not asking you to be perfect, this is not an English language forum, I am just asking you to try. Even if you get the punctuation wrong half the time, your posts would still be easier to read.

Now to your question... buy a compression tester (they are pretty inexpensive to get) and either test it yourself, or pay a trusted shop to do it for you. On the 5.2L and 5.9L V8s, the first thing you test with blue smoke (burning oil) is the compression and plenum gasket. Could narrow down your issue pretty quick.

If you're having doubts about the valve stem seals, pull the valve covers and have a look. If they're OK, do as jasonw says.

Probably need a ring job. Just guessing.

Did you replace the heads, or did you just reseal the valve seals on the valves and install new head gaskets?
