Its the only thing on the fuel pump that a vacuum line connects to. The bottom circle of diagram. I think I was able to rig something up to make it work

just a rubber hose to splice it back in should suffice

yea the problem was that the plastic fitting coming out of the thing broke off so there wasnt really anything to put a new hose onto but I think I made it work.
