I do have the I.O.D fuse removed because I don't want any accessories left on by accident or the custom alarm going off. Could this cause an intermittent starting problem?

I would start by removing/inspecting ALL the fuses then.... make sure they are all getting a good connection.

I checked all the fuses in the PDC. They weren't blown and had clean connections. How do I check the starter relay?

Just swap it with another one. They are all pretty much the same in any event.

In the PDC. (power distribution center, right behind the battery) They all should be labeled, if you still have your lid.

The starter relay is there? I know the fuses are there.

Yeah...starter relay, fuel pump relay, horn relay, asd relay, etc. all there.

ok i switched it with the a/c relay. wont know if this fixes the problem until it happens or doesn't happen again

problem still happens. relay didnt work. Still getting a poping noise coming from the fuse box. could the PCM be bad?
