Need help fixing a squeck nosie on front wheels while im driving!!

But seriously, could you be any less descriptive?
When does it squeak? Have you done any recent repairs?
It's likely your brakes...inspect them and grease them, replace if necessary.

Not to sure but i sparyed brake cleaner and still there,

So...you didn't inspect anything else mentioned? Or give any other info to help us help you.

Spraying brake cleaner on brake parts aren't gonna fix worn out pads or bad shock bushings or anything else.

welll dear lord go out and drive it and listen for when the noise is there! does it change at all when the brakes are applied? does it get louder or quieter during turning? does hitting bumps make it worse? you have to give us some info to go on and put in a little diagnostic work yourself bud

Noise is still there but when im driving it sqecks but when i turn left no noise, i inspect evrything but some bushing is kinda crack, im not sure what bar it is

Please, please, please be more specific. Thats like asking about a noise from the engine. Without more details we simply cannot help you. There are many moving parts on the front end. Help us by helping yourself and describe in more detail what thew problem is.
