Default Engine "knock" issue

here we go again..I recently bought a 00 ram 5.9 Sport with what im hoping wont be engine knock, Truck only has 75k on it. The sound I am hearing/feeling is for the most part very faint, the only time I can really hear it is from inside the cab when the truck is fully warmed up, AT IDLE ONLY. As soon as I rev up the rpm's the noise vanishes. Truck drives perfectly fine otherwise. The knocking feeling is more pronounced with my foot on the brake petal/floor. I feel like once the rpm's finally drop and the oil settles down is when I hear/feel the knock.

Im going to try disconnecting spark plug wires later today when I'm out of work. Could engine oil be the culprit? I run 5-30 Mobil 1, think lucas might help? Someone suggested vacuum issues.. idk if that is valid

Don't use Lucas in your oil.

Correct weight is 10w30.

Might just be some lifter tick. Put the correct oil in it, and see if it gets any better.

I will try that out on my next oil change.. Why "no" to lucas? I have used it on other vehicles with lifter problems, and it worked really well.

Got the truck up to operating temperature and began removing spark plugs.. the noise did not go away, in fact for most of the plugs I removed the sound became more pronounced. Looks like I could use new plugs/wires, but it seems unlikely that would be the cause of the issue. I went under the truck and it seems the sound is coming from the bottom of the engine where the transmission and engine meet.. suggestions?

Perhaps a cracked flex plate?

Just did some more research online with my findings, I believe I have found a forum that may provide closure to my issue.

Found this on a previous thread (thank you!!!) The issue is exactly as I have described above. I have found no other possible solutions. I was sold on it being a rod or bearing until I saw this thread.. Im still not thrilled but I think this is much better than engine knock
