Default Need V10 HELP!!!

Bought a 2001 2500 V10 with 55,000 miles, the PO used it solely as a plow truck for the past 2 years. Now I have problems with it loosing power on acceleration and it backfires some. Doesn't do it all the time, runs fine then when I stop and take off no power and "bucks" some and other times just fine. Haven't drove it at all because I don't dare to take it anywhere. Replaced the coils, spark plugs, TPS. What else could it be, already had 1 new head installed because it went out when I was trying to figure out this problem, running out of money trying to fix this GEM. Any help would be great... Thanks

Is it throwing any codes? If it was used as a plow truck, the fuel may have varnished the system from sitting. Have you run any fuel system cleaner through it? How did the plugs look? Did you do plug wires with the plugs? Sometimes they dry out and will cause miss firing.

If it runs fine part of the time, then it was put back together properly. If there's no codes, theoretically then the sensors should be good. It sounds to me like fuel issue still.
