Default 2500 rpms no more

when my truck will not go above 2500 rpms. I did put Lucas tune up in before my trip could this be the problem? Transmission is replaced, complete tune up and front and top end all have be redone. This a new issue.

I had the same problem. Clean and check the PCV system. It worked for me.

General rule of thumb: Blown plenum = clogged cat about a month or so later and a fouled 02 sensor.
