Default hesitating 95 2500 v8

Ok so i start my truck everything is normal, but when i give it some gas, maybe 1500 rpms or better it will start hesitating like it needs more fuel, well i cant drive it down the road because i have no power and it doesnt want to go through an intersection, i cant floor it that doesnt solve anything, giving it less gas has the same effect as more so im more at loss of what to do right now. i thought it was a vacuum leak so i just went out and checked all the vacuum lines. bear in mind it has a new tps, and new fuel pump assembly

popcorn sounds are normally spark knock (pre-detenation). that would be caused most likely from the plugs. might be due a tune up.

zman i havent had the chance its been raining here and i dont have a dry spot to get under it yet

ryan- i had just done a tune up, plugs, wires, cap, rotor button, coil, is it possible that a plug could be fouling and not working right
