Default Replaced most AC parts....still not cold enough

Ok, I just finished replacing my evap core, liquid line with orifice tube built in, dryer, and compressor. Put in the proper amount of PAG oils and Pulled a vacuum on the system, held fine for 30 minutes (no leaks).

Charged system up with three 12oz cans of 134a and I have to say, I'm very disappointed with performance. Please help me fix it. Let me show you some pictures of whats going on today.

Ok, its pretty hot today!

This is the readings with the truck off.

This is after AC runs for about 5 minutes, Max ac, fan level 2

This is as cold as it will blow after 5 minutes or so

Any idea what the hell is going on? My chart tells me I am low on refrigerant based on the readings, but the sticker under the hood states that factory charge is 2.0 lbs and I put 36 ounces in so....

Thank you,
sweating in south Texas.........

60 degree outlet temps on a 95 degree day? And you are disappointed? I would be thrilled.

Are you saying my gauges indicate that my system is overcharged??

And yes, I am very disappointed. I put the same thermoter in my impala, (2006) and the air blows at 40-45........

I drove the truck around for 20 minutes or so and was sweating, not right after the kind of cash I just dropped.

Does not matter what the gauges say at this point. You already over filled the system right?

Ok, read a little more, did some checking. You are apparently still low on charge, it is rather difficult to get ALL the refrigerant out of those cans. (even in it's current state, the cans are still going to be charged to about 30 PSI...... so, still some left.) Get another small can, add a bit. Your running pressures at 95 degrees outside should be 50-55 on the low side.

I don't know that the system in these trucks is noted for spitting ice.
Mine has always taken a bit to drop cab temperature on a hot day, even with a full charge.
When I changed to an e-fan setup, I saw improvement in A/C performance (especially at idle).

Just a thought....are you getting full air from the dash vents? Mine blew most air to either the floor or defrost vents depending on how much vacuum I was making (read about "wild vents")....makes it seem like it's not blowing cold air because most of it's going to the floor or windshield....just a random thought.

Most of the air is coming to the vents, only a small amount going else where.

One more thing to note, the compressor never cycles off, just stays on all the time.
