So still running my rig in 2wd, cause Im a cheap bast%$d and am waiting for a cheap front diff to come available. Can a set of front and rears with 4.10:1 gearing from a gas 3/4 ton ram be swapped in? how will that effect the drivabillity of my stock Ram 2500 cummins, keeping in mind I tow heavy trailers in the summer months. All trucks involved are year 2000.

D60 isn't as heavy duty as the rear you currently have. (which is probably a D70, unless you have a manual trans, then it is a D80) Aside from that, would probably bolt right in.

Your front is a D60 in any case, so that would be an easy swap.

I was mainly wondering about going from 3.55:1 to 4.10:1. how will that affect my truck?

It will help you when you tow. And won't affect drivability too much.

Your revs will be a little higher than factory, more noticeable at highway speeds

Nope.

You might be a slight mileage decrease if you frequent the interstate, but nothing major...

Actually, the lower gears will be better on the trans.
