Well then, since money is no object. With 35" tires, you'll want at least 4:56 gears too.(the 3:55's aint gonna get it) And a beefed up tranny. While your at it, swap the axles for D60's so you don't have to replace the hub bearings and ball joints once a month. LOL
^
ok,I see why you say save now.lol But im not really sure if I want to go to 35's yet.Got the 4.56 gears for rear just not really wanting to save for 35's and gear install prices.Good point about the bearings, might do a few more upgrades before I decide to buy these rims.

Um, you're going to need gears for the front too unless you plan on removing the t-case and axle shafts from the front axle. lol

Do the cat and O2's as well. You'll see a bit of pep added to it.
And coming from experience with tires hanging out of the wheel wells, they throw rocks like *****.

Just sayin'.
Yah the person that's doing the gear install said he would charge $500 for the rear to install and $500 in the front to save me money or something to that effect and extra $300 for a locker? He's a tool anyways so I went to another shop and got a qoute of $200 per axle. Much better! lol Just had to wait for that next paycheck to get the front gears, but because I really haven't decided to go to 35's yet I never decided to purchase the front. Pretty much the plan was to keep the front axle since I never really use my 4x4 except for on the mountains during SAR training. Gonna go purchase those o2's tomorrow and see about getting that CAT done soon. Thanks

With 3.55 in the front and 4.56 in the rear your rear is literally going to be pushing the frontend of the truck around.
Say what why? He can change gears one diff at a time and be fine as long as he does not put in 4wd.
No the front will be pulling the rear around, front will have faster tire speed than the rear.
lol My point was that even if you make the conscienous decision that you're not going to put it into 4WD, you'd still be tempted to. But by removing all the 4WD driveline, nothing will break do to mismatched gears.
Gotcha, as my gear sets would match, I am unfamiliar with the concept.
