Default Which wheel will make the tires stick out?

About to buy some new rims but I want the tires to stick out about 1 1/2 or 2 inches. I've been told to run -38mm offset and 4 inch backspacing but they only come in 10 inch wide rims. And im not sure if 10 inch wide rim is a little much for a 285/75/16 tire. So far this is the only wheel I really found:

You think this wheel will stick out an inch or few past the fender? Any ideas? Thanks

So why do you want them to stick out? It's hard on parts, paint and body (rock chips), makes for heavy misting in the rain, might possibly be illegal after a certain point.

Check you local laws too. Around here you will get pulled over in a minute with tires sticking out.

Just checked nothing regarding tires stick out, Vehicle can't be wider than 102 inches though. Might get some fender flares as well soon down the road to ensure there's no problems. Already been harassed not ticketed about not having mudflaps. Imho, I think it looks better and more aggressive for a lifted truck to atleast have somewhat tire sticking out. I mean not like the hawaii style but like noticeable but to each his own.Im also going with 35 tires in the future so want newer rims that stick out just a little more. Thanks for the help all. And why start saving when you already have it???

Well then, since money is no object. With 35" tires, you'll want at least 4:56 gears too.(the 3:55's aint gonna get it) And a beefed up tranny. While your at it, swap the axles for D60's so you don't have to replace the hub bearings and ball joints once a month. LOL
