The 99 to 01 Sport head lights will fit with cutting out some of the sheet metal behind the lights for clearance for the additional bulbs and connectors. I did that on my 96. You will have to make or buy a wiring harness for them. I used the stock one for the dual beam bulbs (9007) and a harness kit from Summit for the separate high beams. The kit came with relays and directions.

 

The Sport headlights had one bulb in the main beam. We carry new headlight assemblies for your truck if you need them.
