I only got those brands at Autozone because the dealer would probably charge double and not have them in stock.
I looked for the crankshaft position sensor today and I found it but it got dark before I could get it out. I will do that tomorrow. You were right about it being hard to get to. Took me almost an hour just to find it.

Those brands are not known for their quality.... they ARE known for our trucks simply not liking them, and refusing to run right.
Well got the new crank sensor in, wasn't too bad, when you get yourself inside the engine compartment. Now the truck doesn't stall!! But the rpms where still very low, and when I took it for a drive, it took a little while until the speedometer started going
So I put the other used gauge cluster in, and that fixed it. The mileage is wrong though, but I found a place online that programs them for $145. Or I can buy the tool and do it myself for $500. http://bligidy.com/index.htm
