Angry Need help! Abs;brake light!!

I have a 98 2nd gen 182k miles, Now I've done everything i can to try to fix these lights, With no luck. New brakes, drums ABS sensor the whole 9 yards. Yet both these lights will not go off. I've even got a new computer and harness for the truck and still no luck. It's not even throwing a code! please help!

welcome to df.
did you replace speed sensor in the tail housing of the transmission?
do a search here for "speed sensor". see how many people benefit from that.

If the ABS and brake lights are on, it is throwing a code. Problem is, you need a scanner capable of reading ABS codes. Other than that, I'd say you have a pin hole in the brake line that's next to the gas tank.

Brake line's have no leaks. And yes I've replaced the speed sensor. I'm out of ideas here.

You need to take it somewhere that can read ABS codes. The little hand held fellers just won't cut it. I don't think the parts store readers will either. Need to take it into a shop, have them plug in, and see what it has to say.

I had the same problem and it turned out to be a cracked harness connector located on top of the rear differential.
