Exclamation 1999 2500 4x4 V10 backfire on accel, sluggish and P0132

New to the forums so my question is probably already answered somewhere. I recently bought a 99 2500 with the V10 4x4. no engine lights ticks knocks or smoke it has 190000 on it. i noticed its kinda sluggish especially accelerating from a dead stop. today Check engine light came on and truck backfired a few times while accelerating as wel as lost power for about 2 seconds, i have a bullydog watchdog so i ran diagnostics it shows P0132 1/1 which is 02 sensor driver side pre cat. also noticed driver side exhaust is sucking and expelling exhaust( the truck has true dual)... my question is....are all these symptoms normal of something as simple as a bad o2 sensor? Thanks in advance for any advice or info

Swap out the O2 sensor, reset PCM, and see how it feels. An O2 sensor feeding faulty data can indeed cause some strange behavior.

Changed O2 must have been original looked pretty rough had to heat with a torch to get it out probably should change the other 3 but.. so far so good cleared the code truck seems more responsive idles better and no backfiring while accelerating. driver side exhaust still sucking air, thats my next project after plugs and wires any recommendations on changing coil packs should i change them while tuning up?

If the coil is good, leave it.

cleaning the TB may be a good idea too. Change air filter when you're in there.
