Default 99 dodge ram1500 5.9l with no spark and no fuel pressure

I have a 99 dodge ram1500 5.9l with no spark and no fuel pressure. Pretty much tried everything fuse wise, relays, anyone think its a sensor or the computer. At a loss!

Does the ASD relay trip? Do you get power to the coil and injectors for a few seconds when you turn on the key? Fuel pump prime? Check engine lite on? Any codes? And prior strange behavior?

No codes, no fuel pump priming, not sure about tripped relay. How do you check that?

Check for power at the coil, or injectors, when the key is first turned on. (two people make this much easier.) Should see power for about three seconds.
