what does your oil pressure gauge have to say? Can you post a video?

When it's at idle it's at 40 and when u I gave it some gas it whent to 80

Ya It's not overfill I was looking and I noticed the the tube that gose from the intake to the PVC valve on the passenger side of the motor is broke would that have something to do wit it

Nope. That won't create any noise. (aside from sucking air.... or blowing, as the case may be...)

Oil pressure is good, (actually, its REALLY good....) Really need to hear what its doing to be much more help though.

in addition to/ or instead of spinning the engine by hand, you could pull the fuel pump relay, and spin the engine a little bit with the starter.

and - if you've got a buddy, have them spin it while you lay you hand on the intake and valve cover and see where the noise is coming from.

You have a lifter not loading up, this happens sometimes after doing this job. It might take a few restarts to get it to go away if it goes away. Dirt in the oil port of the lifter will cause this, if its badly clogged you might need new lifters or you could take them apart and clean them.

With the truck having say that long you have at least one lifter that collapsed if you run the engine it should pump it back up. If letting run doesn't fix it you will most likely have to remove the intake again and replace the lifters.
