Default stalled while driving

I have a 1999 ram sport today when I slowed down to take a curve she stalled out and won't restart. There is a strong gas smell, but there is spark. The motor turns over but not fire up, any thoughts

Well if you're getting adequate spark (nice blue arc from the plug), then I would be looking for a fuel delivery issue.. Does the pump prime with the key turned on? Will the truck start with starting fluid?

Any check engine codes?

Pull a plug or two, see if they are fuel soaked. If so, could be bad coolant temp sensor. (or, it may have just come unplugged.) Such a failure makes the PCM think it is -40 degrees outside, and it positively DUMPS fuel.... If you put the pedal to the floor, and hold it there, will it fire up?

I'm having a similar problem with my 98 5.2l today. Driving & all of a sudden it stalled out. My truck seems to have spark because it cranks over but does not stay on. It kinda sounds like there no fuel going in. Any other ideas?

As mentioned above, check to make sure your fuel pump is priming at start-up. If it isn't, could be the pump or the pump relay....
