Front ez swap, to use the rear 2500 leaf-springs you will need to change out the spring hangers on the frame. 1500 leafs are 2.5 wide 2500 leafs are 3.0 wide and if you don't change the diff you will also need to move the spring perches on the diff. You're not going any higher so those shocks should be fine.

No I mean the hanger's they are riveted to the frame and will have to be changed out to fit the 3" spring.

Well something 3" wide will not fit in a 2.5" space. Everything is built for 2.5" not an 3" wide spring, hangers, shackles, spring perch width all change for the 2500 parts.

the hanger is the part thats got 4 big rivets holding it to the frame, the shackle is the piece that interconnects the leafs to the hangar. so yes. you do have to change the hangars in order to use 2500 3" leafs and shackles.

gotta grind off the heads of the rivets, then knock them out, and you can installed the new ones with grade 8 bolts, you dont gotta do the rivets. not sure if you gotta drill new mounting holes or if they line up or not.

^^^ They don't match/line-up, you will have to drill new holes and fishplate from the backside of the frame.
