+1, that kind of surge points to electrical, of course I'd be replacing the IAC while I was at it too (because I'm OCD like that lol)

If the TPS was bad wouldn't that throw a CEL?

Nope. The PCM can't tell the difference between a bad TPS, and you slightly moving the gas pedal. Only thing that will actually set a TPS code, is if the sensor value is out of range.

Put in a new Mopar TPS and all is perfect!
