Default 94 ram 1500 5.9l killing when slowing down

My 94 5.9 magnum kills when slowing down and some times stutters when accelerating. I thought it could have been the iac but i replaced it an it didnt do anything, any ideas?

Did you clean out the throttle body really well?

Check TPS, make sure it is giving the right voltages to the PCM.

Check fuel pressure. on yours, should be around 40 PSI at the rail.
