We tell him this and then he comes back later saying that his engine won't rev up because the cat is clogged.

You can't tell someone that is concerned about a lack of power that nothing is wrong.

This. I've never been able to spin the tires. Ever.

I don't know. I have watched videos of stock Dodge Rams the same as mine spin until the tires burn off. over and over again. this thing wont even put me back in the seat. I should never be able to put it to the floor and hold it without at least a chirp in the tires. its going to the dealership on Tuesday. not a dodge dealer, but a used car dealer where I got it. they are sending it to their mechanic and I have already told them to replace the plate with the Hughes aluminum plate or I will be back in 10,000 miles. The ONLY reason I am having them do it is because its FREE!! With the looks of the crap my magnet came out with the plenum is blown. I am going to get it fixed before the cat clogs and the motor detonates. if it still wont give me the power I think it should have I will purchase a Superchip and be rid of the DEATHFLASH!!! Thanks again for all your help.

If there is that much junk in the intake the cat is probably already very obstructed.

My thoughts as well. Along with the plenum fix, the cat, and at least the front O2 sensor also need to be replaced.

Something to understand before investing in a tuner. They will not add any more horse power, they only give the truck a better feel. However SCT will add 20lb ft of torque by removing the torque management. I've dyno'd the difference.
