Where do i find info on how to install the clutches in a 9.25 trac lok ?

What durangos had a 9.25 trac lok unit ? The local U pull and pay has a bunch of durangos on the yard but what is the easiest way to know ?

What do you know? There is a Durango section here! That would probably be the best place to go get spoon fed.

Well went to the local Upull and pay this morning and scored a Trac-Lok unit out of a 98 Durango 4x4 that looks like it might have been rebuilt at some time for $20 ! Now i am gonna install my ring gear and pinion and throw it back together !

I have the Yukon 4.56 ring gear set and i can't get the carrier pin in ? The ring gear teeth are in the way ! Any ideas ?

Think you have to grind a bit off of a tooth or two to get the pin in.
