To cure your hiccup that tre goes in from the bottom of the new pitman arm not the top, just turn it over.

Looks good. I would recommend removing those stickers on the control arms for two reasons:

1. They will fade to yellow
2. They trap moisture and cause the arms to rust. I spent a good while filing off the rust and re-painting mine this summer.

YES. Definitely not enjoying them. I will scrub them off.

Here is a new picture of the project:

I didn't put the sway bar on. I want to order some new end links as mine are looking in ****e condition.

I am going to go through the instructions line by line, highlight anything I left out, and go in and finish up some stuff on it tomorrow. I need to run a brake line from the front to the rear, a few brackets have to be dealt with. Stuff like that. But yeah, pretty darn stoked! It's at the 90% solution!

Great progress!

I also recommend painting those stabilizers again as the factory paint is very poor. They will rust even in just a couple years or sooner if you live in the snow belt.

Also saw your pic of end links earlier and they aren't the correct ones. Did you mean to fab a different set-up or get correct "L" shaped links?

Took me a second to track what you meant, but yeah - I meant for a different set. Was a bit miffed when it clicked - I think that is for the 2WD application? I will pick up some MOOG ones on Tuesday.

You too, Merc! Hope you're having a good one? GF's sister decided last minute she wasn't bringing up her turkey. We had to go on a hunt this morning.

Anyone want to chime in? I'd like to order these and the cam bolts today so I can get them by mid-week. Also, the remainder of the bolts on the control arms - should I order the specific ones that were in there before? I picked up some bolts, washers, nuts from Home Hardware, but they were SAE measurements and while I am sure are very close, might not be exactly the size I needed. They are also only grade 5 bolts.
