Question 5.9 Power

Will I see a significant increase in towing power with a mild RV cam and the Kegger Mod?

Cam, tune, harland sharp roller rockers, plenum fix (if needed) should give a significant boost in performance.

This depends heavily on what other mods you already have done. Doing a kegger mod and a mild cam will make almost no difference without a tune, better exhaust, better rockers, better heads, etc.

Define "significant". Have you ruled out existing stock engine performance detractors? For instance, last tuneup, current mileage, the infamous intake plenum gasket of doom-dat-suckuth-da-powah (see sticky thread), clogged cat, poor engine compression, clogged air intake, etc.

if the engine is healthy, don't bother with a cam.... go straight to the axle and drop in 4.56:1, or 4.88:1 ring and pinions.... BOOM... instant tow machine, happier transmission, better mileage.. hella less work than a cam swap.
