1996 Dodge ram How do I replace the back glass
Well, I'd have to see what his current window install looks like first before I feel comfortable enough to weigh in on the matter. I removed a rear slider whereas he's removing a solid back glass.
97 back is different than 98 and up. I wish GARY would just post how he removed his when he sold it , when he was parting out his 97. Who cares if it's a slider or solid window, same shat. Just post the info gary. geez lol
Once he posts some pictures it will be easier to explain.
Go pop a Geritol and take a nap, GRAMPS!!
useful info:
"twice the iron in a pound of calf's liver,"
The Geritol tonic also contained about 12% alcohol...
(now i know why my grandmother was into this)

Time to resurrect this thread.
So today I shattered the fixed glass on the driver side rear 2001 quadcab. It's a four piece slider, and safelite wants near $500 to replace the entire setup.
Local JY has one for $85. That's a much nicer price.
Any pics or DIY help for me? How do I get mine out, and how do I glue in the new one?
