Thats ok and just so you know the top ball-joint stud will pull out about a inch don't let it bug you they are built that way.

+1.. IIRC so do the lower ones. And if you purchase MOOG, it even states that fact in the directions that come with then.

you mean the directions that were all covered in grease? :P

funny observation.... i started doing my drivers side, it took me about a week (3 hours a day) to finally get to the ball joints. it was such a pain, I needed a bigger hammer, went to the store and bought it. I came back and then realized I didn't have the right size nut for the bottom balljoint, had to go back.

now, on the pass side, it took me an hour to take off everything. i laughed at myself for a long time.
