Will bolt right in and hook right up. O/D and TCC won't work without replacing the electronics in the trans. (about 200 bucks. plus fluid.) It is weaker than the 46RE, and the 5.9 will eat it up in fairly short order, unless you baby it.

Best bet would be to find something from a 96-99 Ram/Durango/Dakota with 5.2 or 5.9.
