Can you post a pix of said reservoir, it should be the overflow bottle for the rad. The horn is on the pass side? must be a year differance thing mine are under the bumper on the drivers side.

Not the cause of a NO BUS. It's a plug for something you don't have, probably a front wheel speed sensor.
