In my search for a resolution to my "no bus" problem i discovered this unplugged wire. Can anyone tell me if this is an issue? And, more importantly if it is thee issue (fingers crossed).

Welcome to DF

I don't think thats your problem, that might be for the front ABS.

I have two connectors that are strapped to my wheel wells and they don't go together or look like they have a home. I'm interested in answers as well

That plug appears that it was put there. If it's what I think, then it's factory position is right under the passenger headlight. Nothing gets plugged into it.

Do you have a tuner?

That's what SHE said....

Welcome to Dodge Forum !!

Not the cause of a NO BUS. It's a plug for something you don't have, probably a front wheel speed sensor.

Unplug the crank sensor, cycle the key and see if the NO BUS goes away.

Thanks for the welcome. My abs light is on and the brakes are spongy as can be. I thought this meant I'd have to buy a new master cylinder. I'll try to find the plug a home and see if that fixes the brake issue.

Air in the system or low brake fluid can make the ABS light come on as well as the soft pedal. Start looking for leaks and check the condition of the brake fluid to start with. If you dont have 4 wheel ABS that connector doesn't have a home. It's the result of mass produced wiring harnesses. Just like the 2WD will have the transfer case wiring teathered up out of the way.

could be for fog lights too, nothing to do with a bus problem anyway.
